Question of the week:
Social Networking: Do you use Twitter or Facebook to promote your blog? How has it benefited your book blogging experience? If not, how do you promote your blog? Share your twitter handle and/or Facebook link!
Answer: I just started the Facebook page since I know that GFC will be no more at the end of this month for non google users and I wanted a way for our readers to be able to continue following us. So since it is so new, I can't say that it has impacted anything since I literally just started it. However, once we get more followers I plan on hosting giveaways exclusively for our Facebook followers.
I also use Twitter (@_Kristin315_) for not only tweeting our posts but also spreading the word on giveaways that I come across or even discounts on books. I also use it to keep in touch with a lot of other bloggers and authors. I try to update with real things instead of just posting the blog updates. It is used more for socializing rather than an actual promotion for the blog but I have come across a lot of awesome people through Twitter that I probably wouldn't have otherwise.

I do follow back :)
Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee’s View and Alison Can Read and is a blog hop that expands your blog following by a joint effort between bloggers.
Answer: Hmm good question. I won't say worst but I will say that I was disappointed in

Question of the week:
What's your worst and favorite book you've read this month?
Answer: Hmm good question. I won't say worst but I will say that I was disappointed in

Two books surprised me this month, in a good way. I didn't know what to really expect from them at first, but I found that I really enjoyed them. Coincidentally we just so happen to be taking part in their blog tours. Now I know what you're thinking but it's not true. I actually surprisingly really enjoyed these two books. That's saying a lot since I have been told a handful of times that I am too harsh when it comes to rating and reviewing books.

Hopping through. I didn't love Hush, Hush and don't think I'll continue the series. Too bad.

I wish I used Twitter more often, but seeing how lots of people are saying it's helped them connect with others, I might have to invest a little more time in it.

Hopping thru on TGIF -- followed you on Twitter ;)
ReplyDeleteI LOVED Silence. Well not the sort of love that comes when you read The Hunger Games etc. but the ending was brilliant. However, you are entitled to your opinion and I do have to say, none of the hush, hush books compare to the first one.
